Before you choose

What does AI actually do?

With consent, AI prepares an executive explanation of your reported practices, explains selected priorities and highlights questions to clarify. The assessment rules calculate the scores and structure the roadmap; AI does not change scores or inspect your systems.

What is the difference between the two reviews?

The CAD $299 Expert Results Review helps you interpret one assessment report and agree priorities. A Focused Evidence Review is a separately scoped engagement to examine agreed evidence. Neither includes unagreed testing or implementation.

How do I book?

Send an enquiry with the offer name and your goal. We confirm scope, availability and the total fee before you commit. Keep your report until we agree a suitable way to share it; do not send credentials or confidential files through the enquiry form.

Implementation and specialist support

Engagements are scoped around your environment, responsibilities and resources. The free assessment is a starting point; paid work adds agreed evidence review, technical scope or implementation support.
01 / Assessment and governance

Understand gaps and agree priorities

Review selected security practices, evidence and ownership. Translate findings into a business-focused action plan.
  • Questionnaire and evidence review
  • Risk ownership, policies and treatment planning
  • Control review informed by recognized frameworks
  • Prioritized roadmap with agreed responsibilities

Deliverables and review depth are defined in the engagement scope. No certification or audit opinion is implied.

02 / Identity and business email

Strengthen the access paths that matter

Scope reviews and improvements to Microsoft 365, account access and business email protection.
  • MFA and privileged-access coverage
  • Joiner, mover and leaver processes
  • Email filtering and domain authentication
  • Mailbox sharing, forwarding and delegated access

Changes require agreed authorization, testing and rollback arrangements.

03 / Infrastructure and resilience

Improve configuration and recovery readiness

Review how systems are maintained, changed and recovered, including the providers and identities they depend on.
  • Server and endpoint configuration baselines
  • Patch coverage and lifecycle exceptions
  • Change approval and post-change checks
  • Backup, recovery and incident-planning reviews

Technical tests and implementation are explicitly scoped; the free tool does not access your systems.

04 / AI governance and advisory

Use AI with clear responsibilities

Define appropriate AI use and review the information, providers and decisions involved.
  • Approved tools and permitted data inputs
  • Provider and information-handling review
  • Human review and escalation responsibilities
  • Periodic risk and improvement-plan reviews

Advice is tailored to the agreed use cases. Legal questions are referred for qualified review.

Managed security

24/7 security monitoring and response

GlideAX provides staffed, around-the-clock security monitoring and response through GlideAX personnel and an arranged security partner. Before onboarding, we agree the systems covered, monitoring responsibilities, escalation contacts, response commitments and authorized response actions in your service agreement. Discuss 24/7 coverage

Coverage applies to contracted, onboarded services. Existing customers should use the incident-reporting and escalation channels in their agreement; this website and its enquiry form are not emergency response channels.

What working with GlideAX looks like

Agree the scope

Identify the business service, systems, evidence and decisions to review. Confirm deliverables, fees, access and evidence handling before work begins.

Review, act and verify

Document observations and uncertainties, agree owners and next steps, then define how completed improvements will be checked. Implementation and ongoing advisory are quoted separately.

GlideAX supports Canadian organizations. Service availability, timing and any ongoing support coverage are agreed in writing. This website does not provide an emergency incident-response channel.
